Responsibilities
  • Review clients’ tax structures to identify opportunities for optimization while ensuring full compliance with Luxembourg and international tax regulations.
  • Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and legal advisors during audits, reviews, or specific requests.
  • Advise on complex tax issues, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding taxes.
  • Draft tax memos and maintain ongoing monitoring to keep clients updated on regulatory changes affecting their investment structures.
  • Assist in preparing tax models, simulations, and projections related to restructuring or investment transactions.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by reviewing documentation, collecting information, and facilitating initial communications.
Profile and Career Path
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tax advisor in Luxembourg; experience at a Big Four firm is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in both German and English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with financial vehicles, particularly investment funds.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of working independently when needed.
