We are supporting a leading financial services and fintech organisation with a strong global footprint, currently evolving the people strategy to meet the demands of a rapidly changing market.

To support this journey, we are seeking a strategic, innovative, and highly experienced Talent Management Specialist who is passionate about developing forward-looking talent initiatives and strengthening organisational capabilities.

In this pivotal role, you would help design and deliver the programs that develop the specialists and leaders who will drive our business into the future. You will shape modern, enterprise-wide talent development strategies, champion data-driven insights, and actively contribute to positioning our organisation as an employer of choice in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor market and emerging talent‑management trends, translating insights into actionable strategies for our supported business areas.
  • Advise leaders and HR partners on both operational and strategic talent management topics.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting and insights (including contributions to regulatory reporting such as CSRD), ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
  • Contribute to and potentially lead strategic internal projects in the talent management space, coordinating closely with key stakeholders and employee representatives.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organisation to drive alignment and impact.
To Be Successful
  • A completed university degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or a comparable field.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, combined with a structured, proactive, and creative working style.
  • A deep interest in talent management, leadership development, and modern learning practices.
  • Experience in project work, ideally with initial project management exposure.
  • Professional experience within a financial services or related client‑facing environment (e.g., sales, product development).
  • Curiosity and affinity for AI tools and generative AI applications such as ChatGPT.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
