Jobtailor in Germany is seeking an experienced senior recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for manager, director, and VP-level roles. You will partner directly with division leads and hiring managers to shape sourcing and hiring strategies that align with business goals.

You will build proactive sourcing pipelines, manage the full candidate experience from outreach to close, and navigate fast-paced environments with agency-like speed while maintaining high-quality hires for paid media,

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting.
