Zusammenfassung

A leading online pharmacy is seeking a proactive recruiter to manage recruitment projects across its locations in Germany. The role involves sourcing top talent for customer service roles and coaching hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Ideal candidates will have in-house recruiting experience and be fluent in German and English. Tasks

  • You will independently manage your recruitment projects from job posting to hiring across our various locations in Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain, ensuring timely fulfillment of group-wide vacancies.
  • You will use a variety of sourcing channels to attract top talent for our open positions.
  • You understand the unique selling points that resonate with each target group and use them to actively approach talent across different networks and platforms, promoting DocMorris as an employer of choice.
  • You will coach hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience and help them make fast, unbiased hiring decisions.
  • Together with our Employer Branding & Marketing teams, you will develop target-group-specific on- and offline campaigns to optimally market our vacancies.
  • You will actively use KPI data to identify recruiting challenges, measure the success of your initiatives, and continuously optimize processes.
  • You will enrich our international People Team (ES, DE, NL) with your ideas and collaborate with us on various cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in (in-house) recruiting, ideally with a successful track record in hiring for Customer Service or Logistics roles, as well as experience recruiting for hard-to-fill positions
  • Strong sourcing skills across different platforms and creativity in sourcing strategies for niche roles
  • Excellent skills in assessing both internal and external candidates across various departments
  • Passion for recruiting, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a high level of independence
  • Quick grasp of complex situations and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic company environment
  • A solution-oriented and reliable working style, along with confident and effective stakeholder management
  • Fluency in German and English mandatory (Dutch or Spanish is a plus)
