Zusammenfassung

A leading technology firm in Germany is seeking a System Requirements Engineer to gather and manage system requirements for eDrive and AWD systems. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in system requirements engineering and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or Physics. Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge in requirements engineering fundamentals and system engineering concepts. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and traceability of requirements.

Qualifikationen

Role Title System Requirements Engineer

This Role adds value by . . .

gathering and managing requirements in a change-controlled environment, for the life of the programme, in-line with the ASPICE® compliant Client engineering processes for eDrive and AWD systems. Ensures traceability to stakeholder requirements and between (sub)-system requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Apply reuse strategy through managing concerned requirements
  • Execute System Requirements Analysis
  • Lead reviews across domains (SWE, HWE, MEE) concerning system requirements and ensure alignment with system architectural specification
  • Report requirement analysis status (baseline, dashboards, queries and metrics)
  • Support Lead Systems Engineer in planning and product release
  • Support System Test Manager in planning for integration and qualification test
  • Analyse System Requirements
  • Create and update the requirements specification for eDrive and AWD systems
  • Create baseline, dashboards, reports, queries and metrics
  • Ensure alignment with system architectural specification
  • Ensure quality of the System Requirements Specification as well as the Subsystem Requirements Specifications, including SWE requirements for FASW
  • Establish bidirectional traceability between stakeholder requirements and system requirements in Requirements Management Tool, including SWE requirements for FASW
  • Execute change management for requirements changes
  • Identify and analyse System Requirements via use cases and in line with system architectural design
  • Identify System Requirements
  • Support configuration management and requirements elicitation
  • Support winning new business (analysis of RFI / RFQ and compliance)
  • Transform the defined stakeholder requirements into a set of system requirements that will guide the design of the system, including SWE requirements for FASW
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • 3 years of experience as a System Requirements Engineer or similar
  • 1 year of experience in analyzing requirements
  • 1 year of experience as Test / Calibration Engineer or similar
  • Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics) / Bachelor in Physics or similar
  • Requirements engineering fundamentals training, e.g., IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering – Foundation Level
  • Knowledge of System Engineering Concepts, e.g., Failure detection and analysis topics covered under Systems Engineering
