  • 3+ yearsin IT operations, or5+ yearsin another IT path with grit.
  • You’ve seen theCitrix battlefieldand lived to automate another day.
  • Youactuallyknow Windows Server, not just where the Control Panel lives.
  • You’ve been the admin, not the observer, especially inExchange, MS SQL.
  • Fluent inGerman (C1). Conversational inEnglish (B2). (Both are deal-breakers.)
Bonus Points If You Know...
  • Ansible,SCCM,PowerShell, or other automation artillery.
  • What it means torun hosting environmentswith skin in the game.
  • The value of aCitrix cert, or better yet, have one.
