For our client – an established industrial company based in Gescher – we are looking for motivated support in order processing and work preparation , starting as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

• Lead a work preparation team of 5 people
• Create quotations based on detailed calculations of material, production, and shipping costs
• Technically review customer requirements and adapt products to specific needs
• Communicate with customers to clarify details and adjust offers
• Provide technical solutions and consult customers on product selection
• Prepare production documents, job orders, and technical drawings
• Support the selection of standard components and their integration into customer solutions
• Oversee the order process from quotation to delivery
• Coordinate between departments (e.g., Sales, Production, Logistics)

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technician training
• At least 5 years of experience in work preparation
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Responsible and independent working style

German at least B2 + English skills are an advantage
