• Develop and foster relationships between clients and field personnel
• Resolve field staff and client concerns in a timely manner

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in the staffing industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
• Database and/or automated program experience is a plus
• Previous healthcare and/or call center experience preferred
• High school diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
