Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Call Center Professional in Germany to conduct high-volume outbound calls and secure appointments with nurse practitioners for in-home health risk assessments. You will handle inbound inquiries, verify patient information, and ensure accurate insurance data in line with HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities include scheduling visits, using scheduling software, and meeting key performance targets while delivering excellent customer service and tele-sales expertise

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and internet-based apps.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proven success in building telephonic relationships with prospective customers.
• 1+ year of call center or tele-sales experience.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge.
• Experience with integrated voice/IT systems.

Aufgaben

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to secure appointments with licensed Nurse Practitioners for members’ in-home health risk assessments.
• Answer incoming calls from members and case managers and return voicemail messages promptly.
• Contact Health Plan members to secure appointments with field providers.
• Follow talking points and protocols for member outreach calls.
• Schedule visits efficiently using scheduling software and provider capacity.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain the importance of annual assessments.
• Use multiple software applications during calls.
• Conduct follow-up calls one business day before scheduled visits.
• Verify demographic and contact information while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Verify active insurance status and enter insurance information during patient registration.
• Escalate provider issues to the manager.
• Meet performance standards and departmental goals.

• Escalate field-provider problems or concerns to the manager
• Meet performance standards, departmental goals, and metrics

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access and various internet-based applications
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Demonstrable success in quickly building telephonic relationships with prospective customers
• 1+ year of call center experience, or relevant tele-sales experience
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with integrated voice/IT systems
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet needs in all markets and time zones
