Jobtailor is seeking a Provider Operations Coordinator in Germany to serve as the primary contact for an assigned panel of providers, setting expectations on schedules, protocols, and RPG policies. Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for an assigned panel of providers.
• Set expectations with providers regarding schedules, facility protocols, and RPG policies.
• Conduct monthly individual-provider and quarterly provider-team check-ins.
• Communicate provider satisfaction, coverage risk, and facility trends to operations, recruiting, and program leadership.
• Manage end-to-end provider onboarding across credentialing, licensing, privileging, systems access, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate on-site orientation with hospital leadership and the local Chief Hospitalist.
• Maintain scheduling processes for uninterrupted 24/7/365 provider coverage.
• Build and publish provider schedules, balance availability and facility requirements, and close coverage gaps.
• Administer and promote the Provider Self-Scheduling Tool.
• Investigate and resolve provider concerns and escalated issues appropriately.
• Report shift changes, cancellations, and adjustments for accurate payroll.
• Monitor and report incremental and premium pay drivers and trends.
• Maintain provider contact information and program records.
• Maintain adherence to operational, scheduling, and compliance protocols.
• Partner across departments to advance operational goals and support program growth.
