Job summary

CYBEX seeks a Specialist Risk Management & Tech in Bayreuth, Germany to strengthen and automate its risk management and legal-tech initiatives. You will collaborate across Legal, Compliance, IT and business teams to identify, assess and monitor risks, while driving AI-driven improvements to workflows and contract management.

• Support and continuously improve the company's Risk Management processes and annual risk assessment activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, IT and Business teams to identify, assess and monitor risks
• Drive the digitalization and automation of Legal and Risk-related processes
• Explore, test and implement AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and improve internal workflows
• Support the development and optimization of digital contract management processes and tools
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and turn ideas into practical solutions
• Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on Legal Tech, automation and digital transformation
• Monitor online marketplaces and platforms for potential trademark infringements and support enforcement activities
• Act as the interface between Legal, IT and external technology providers to enable technology-driven improvements
• Stay up to date with emerging AI, Legal Tech and digital innovation trends and bring new ideas to the team
