CYBEX is seeking a Technical Product Solutions Specialist (m/f/d) in Bayreuth, Germany. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product limitations, propose technical improvements, and troubleshoot issues to enhance performance and user experience.

You will also work with development and quality teams to validate changes and maintain clear technical documentation. Fluent English is required with good German skills as an advantage.

Your seat to fill:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product limitations, technical challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate, propose, and support the implementation of new technical solutions that improve product performance, functionality, reliability, and user experience
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting technical issues and work proactively to identify effective and timely solutions
• Work closely with Development and other technical stakeholders to contribute ideas for product enhancements, modifications, and improvements
• Ensure proposed technical solutions are practical, well documented, and aligned with relevant industry standards and best practices
• Coordinate with Testing and Quality teams to define and implement appropriate validation and test programs for technical changes
• Monitor and support the implementation of technical changes, ensuring that solutions achieve the intended results
• Keep the end consumer at the center of decision-making by ensuring that technical improvements contribute positively to product quality, usability, performance, and overall customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation covering changes, solutions, test results, and implementation details
• Communicate technical topics and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Actively participate in team discussions, knowledge-sharing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment and support the overall success of the Technical Changes team

• Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training/apprenticeship, ideally combined with further education or qualification in a technical field
• A strong interest in technology and a good general technical understanding
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• The ability to understand technical topics and translate them into practical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments
• A proactive and hands-on mindset, with the willingness to investigate problems and take ownership of solutions
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when documenting and coordinating technical changes
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with CAD software or PTC Creo is an advantage
• Fluent English is required; good German skills are an advantage
