CYBEX GMBH in Germany seeks a fully qualified lawyer to advise and support the company across the EMEA region on legal matters, including leading negotiations and executing M&A transactions.

You will draft, review, and negotiate complex national and international agreements, support compliance, and translate legal risks into business advisories for senior management. Fluency in German and English is essential; international experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified lawyer, preferably with both German State Examinations.
• Several years of professional experience in a law firm and/or an international in-house legal department.
• Strong expertise in commercial, M&A, and corporate matters; additional experience in compliance matters is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex national and international agreements.
• Experience in providing pragmatic legal advice to senior management and business stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage legal projects and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate legal risks into business-oriented recommendations.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
