CYBEX, based in Bayreuth, seeks a Strategic Manager to drive analytics, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives across the VP level and C-Suite. You will shape market insights, support sales strategies, and lead key projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

The role emphasizes strong numeracy, ownership, and bilingual communication in English and German, with collaboration across product, commercial, and R&D functions.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Several years of relevant experience in an analytical business function (e.g. Business Management, Corporate Development, Consulting, Private Equity, Sales/Product Management).
• Industry experience in consumer goods is essential.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a solid grasp of KPIs and financial modeling.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, M&A transactions and/or product management.
• Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills combined with hands‑on execution.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities at management level.
• High sense of ownership, strategic mindset, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Develop business cases, forecasts, deviation and KPI analyses for the VP Strategic and New Business Development and C-Level.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare decision-making documents and strategic recommendations for the VP Strategic and New Business Development and C-Level.
• Support the design and execution of sales strategies.
• Analyze customer segments, product performance, markets, and competitors.
• Optimize sales processes and develop new go-to-market approaches.
• Prepare Pricing strategy together with Chief Commercial Office.
• Collaborate with product management and R&D on new product launches.
• Conduct market and trend analyses to shape the product strategy.
• Create business plans for new product ideas and features.
• Lead strategic projects on behalf of the VP Strategic and New Business Development and C-Level.
• Support preparations of management meetings, investor discussions, and presentations.
