• Lead digital transformation initiatives within Product Development to simplify processes and boost efficiency.
• Oversee tool landscape, evaluate platforms, and optimize AI-driven workflows.
• Drive automated, data-driven processes across Product Development functions.
• Implement modern technologies (PM platforms, workflow automation, AI) to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting for portfolio insights.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions for Product Development.
• Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks via digital workflows and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive tool adoption and digital capabilities.
• Act as internal ambassador for digital innovation and AI, fostering understanding and uptake.
• Monitor technology trends and best practices to strengthen performance.
• Support Senior Director Project Management in advancing digital capabilities and transformation initiatives.

Your seat to fill:

• Act as the key driver of digital transformation within Product Development, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and increase organizational efficiency through modern technologies and digital solutions
• Lead the evolution of the Product Development tool landscape by evaluating, implementing, and optimizing digital platforms, workflows, and AI-driven solutions that enable smarter ways of working
• Drive the transition from traditional manual processes toward integrated, automated, and data-driven ways of working across Product Development functions
• Evaluate and introduce modern technologies, including Project Management platforms, workflow automation solutions, and AI applications such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar tools to improve productivity and decision-making
• Own the continuous improvement of reporting and analytics capabilities by developing meaningful KPIs, dashboards, portfolio insights, and executive reporting solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, ensuring tools and processes effectively support Product Development objectives
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive activities and reduce administrative effort through digital workflows and AI-supported solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and digital capabilities across the organization
• Act as an internal ambassador for digital innovation and AI, supporting teams in understanding, adopting, and effectively leveraging emerging technologies
• Monitor technology trends and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities that can strengthen Product Development performance and competitiveness
• Support the Senior Director Project Management in advancing digital capabilities, data transparency, organizational efficiency, and transformation initiatives across Product Development

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in Digital Transformation, Business Operations, Process Improvement, Analytics, PMO, Product Development, or a comparable role
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, workflow automation, business process optimization, and modern collaboration platforms
• Hands-on experience with Project Management, Portfolio Management, reporting, and analytics tools
• Experience with AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies, coupled with a strong interest in leveraging AI to increase organizational effectiveness
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights and management decisions
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive-level performance metrics
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across multiple functions and organizational levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and challenging established ways of working
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution
• Fluent English skills; German is considered an advantage
