CYBEX GMBH, based in Bayreuth, Germany, seeks a (Senior) Specialist Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) to lead recruitment strategies for assigned business units and independently manage end-to-end processes for specialist, management and hard-to-fill roles.

You will develop targeted sourcing, partner with Hiring Managers, manage ATS, track KPIs, and mentor junior team members, using SAP SuccessFactors and a data-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong track record in end-to-end recruitment for specialist, management and hard-to-fill roles.
• Expertise in active sourcing, candidate engagement and interview techniques.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS.
• Excellent English and German communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Create engaging job postings and manage interview coordination and candidate communications.
• Monitor applications in the ATS and maintain accurate documentation and pipelines.
• Track recruitment KPIs and provide management with progress reports.
• Mentor junior recruiters and drive continuous TA process improvements.

Your seat to fill:

• Lead recruitment strategies for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term workforce planning
• Independently manage the full end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist, management, and critical business roles
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies including talent mapping, active sourcing, and building sustainable pipelines
• Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers by sharpening role requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and our customer-centric culture
• Partner closely with leadership, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, including market mapping, salary benchmarking, and candidate market insights
• Create and manage engaging job postings across relevant channels to attract top talents
• Lead interview coordination, conduct interviews and manage candidate communication in close alignment with Hiring Managers
• Monitor and manage incoming applications via the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient pipeline management and a seamless candidate experience
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and reports such as hiring progress, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and other key talent acquisition KPIs for management review
• Mentor junior recruiting team members, share best practices, and provide guidance in complex hiring situations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition, including process optimization, employer branding and recruiting campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong professional experience in end-to-end recruitment within fast-paced consumer goods environments for premium or luxury brands
• Deep expertise in active sourcing, candidate engagement and interview techniques, combined with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong experience in recruiting for specialist, management and hard-to-fill roles
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills in both English and German
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Solid understanding of German labor law and recruitment compliance, paired with a data-driven mindset and experience working with recruiting KPIs
