Zusammenfassung

CYBEX in Bayreuth is seeking a technically oriented professional to join the Technical Changes team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify limitations, propose practical solutions, and troubleshoot issues.

You will work with Development and other stakeholders to implement enhancements, ensure changes are well documented, and validate results with Testing and Quality. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product limitations, technical challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate, propose, and support the implementation of new technical solutions that improve product performance, functionality, reliability, and user experience
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting technical issues and work proactively to identify effective and timely solutions
• Work closely with Development and other technical stakeholders to contribute ideas for product enhancements, modifications, and improvements
• Ensure proposed technical solutions are practical, well documented, and aligned with relevant industry standards and best practices
• Coordinate with Testing and Quality teams to define and implement appropriate validation and test programs for technical changes
• Monitor and support the implementation of technical changes, ensuring that solutions achieve the intended results
• Keep the end consumer at the center of decision-making by ensuring that technical improvements contribute positively to product quality, usability, performance, and overall customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation covering changes, solutions, test results, and implementation details
• Communicate technical topics and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Actively participate in team discussions, knowledge-sharing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment and support the overall success of the Technical Changes team
