The Specialist Customer Success Manager is responsible for the daily management of assigned cloud customer accounts. This includes developing account management strategies, managing engagement and expansion plans, and delivering Customer Success services to ensure product adoption and growth. The role aims to maximize customer value from SAP SPM cloud products and drive revenue growth and retention.
The S-CSM SPM role is a specialist within the Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain. It serves as the primary contact for customer stakeholders across various levels, including Sales Operations, Finance, and IT, requiring knowledge spanning SaaS and incentive management practices.
