A leading procurement firm is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Procurement Manager in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, you will develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance supplier partnerships and optimize supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in facilities management procurement, fluent in both English and German, with a strong understanding of data centers. This position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days working from home.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facilities Procurement Manager to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of procurement strategies within the data centre vertical. This role works closely with the Procurement Lead, site operations, engineering, finance, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain performance, strong supplier partnerships, and effective delivery of commercial value for both the client and the business.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Procurement Lead in implementing procurement strategies aligned with facilities management and data centre needs.
  • Develop and maintain client Procurement Plans in collaboration with operations teams.
  • Ensure high compliance with supplier service contracts and company procurement policies.
  • Manage supplier relationships, resolve service issues, and maintain continuity of critical operations.
  • Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
  • Monitor supplier performance, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation compliance.
  • Provide regular procurement reporting, including KPIs, savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance updates.
  • Support annual maintenance planning with suppliers and operational teams.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure responsible procurement practices.
  • Assist with audits and support training related to strategic sourcing.
  • Represent procurement in client meetings and act as deputy for the Procurement Lead when required.
Experience Required
  • Several years of facilities management procurement experience, ideally within the data centres industry, covering both hard & soft categories.
  • Fluent English & German language mandatory.
  • Good understanding of data centres.
  • Strong experience working with global suppliers and developing relationships across the EMEA regions.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain software.
