As Solutions/Delivery Architect (m/f/d) you are part of our R&D projects in which you have your focus on exciting Data and AI topics. Find sample projects in our Motius Success Stories.

Your Role

• Solutions/Delivery Architect with focus on Machine Learning (m/f/d) in our R&D projects with engineering teams of 2-5 people
• Designing and building real AI and data solutions for a wide range of industries and different use cases - from a first PoC and MVP to fully operating applications based on cloud as well as on-premise setups
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and development teams facilitating workshops requirements gathering and technical discovery
• Collaborate with client stakeholders including business data and IT teams to align architecture with business goals selecting the right toolstack based on industry standards and client constraints
• Mentoring and coaching (junior) engineers on AI & data topics making sure we build high quality products by conducting code reviews or providing architectural guidance
• Constantly improving our Enterprise AI Business Unit and building up knowledge by introducing new tools best practices or frameworks and sharing learnings from our projects>
• Support sales with technical expertise solution scoping and proposal creation. Present solution architecture and roadmap to prospective clients. Contribute to thought leadership whitepapers and presentations to represent our Enterprise AI Business Unit offerings

Your Profile

• University degree in a technical discipline (like Computer Science Software Engineering Mathematics Physics etc.) ideally with AI or data specialization and at least 7 years of industry track record in project based customer engagements
• Strong background in machine learning deep learning data science and algorithmic problem solving
• Proven experience in data engineering and ML engineering pipelines and technologies as well as with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) ideally across data & AI stacks
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; additional experience with other languages is a plus
• Experience working with tools and frameworks such as Spark Kafka Airflow MLflow TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. Strong command of German and English language (both verbal and written)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development interest in learning new tech stacks
