Sungrow Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced engineer to bridge cutting-edge energy storage technology with the future of sustainable power systems. The role combines grid codes knowledge, ESS modeling, and hands-on support to clients across installations and commissioning.

You will train field technicians, draft technical disclosures, and collaborate with R&D, PQA, and SQE to address top issues. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and power systems.
• Familiarity with EU grid codes or TSO standards; experience with grid-connection commissioning.
• Experience with ESS grid modeling.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve product issues for clients.
• Offer technical training and mentorship to field technical service engineers.
• Summarize and draft technical disclosures, operation instructions, and experience-sharing materials.
• Coordinate with R&D, PQA, and SQE to resolve major product failures and top issues.
• Collect and analyze client product service cases to refine serviceability requirements and compile reports.
• Conduct GFM field testing and reviews with HQ R&D and third-party EMS.
• Use SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis to support troubleshooting and optimization.
