The role includes hands-on field work, remote and on-site support, and collaboration with R&D, PQA, and SQE to resolve top issues while developing training materials and knowledge bases.

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve product issues for our clients.
• Offer technical training and mentorship to field technical service engineers.
• Summarize and draft technical disclosures, operation instructions, and experience-sharing materials.
• Coordinate with R&D, PQA, and SQE to resolve major product failures and top issues.
• Collect and analyze client product service cases to refine product serviceability requirements and compile analysis reports.
• Conduct GFM field testing and reviews, liaising with HQ R&D, model simulation groups, and third-party EMS.
• Utilize SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis to support product troubleshooting and optimization.
