The Role

As a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Engineer, you will design, implement, configure, and deploy SCADA systems in an automotive manufacturing environment. You will support deployment of standard SCADA solutions to new manufacturing lines and customize features to local needs. Collaboration with other engineering teams on development, training, and troubleshooting is also essential.

What You'll Do

• Support manufacturing teams in operating their SCADA systems
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Python scripts and SQL queries
• Troubleshoot device connection and system integration issues
• Coordinate tasks with Controls Engineers and track progress in Jira
• Work with technologies from PLCs/robots to high-level IT systems
• Investigate system functionalities, documented or not
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and deadlines
• Plan and execute projects involving multiple teams and technologies
• Visualize live data and present historical data for end-user analysis

What You'll Bring
