Your Role & Scope at SellerX

At SellerX, we are growing our Brand & Marketing team, and now we are looking for a Social Media Manager (x/f/m) to join us!
In this role, you’ll own and elevate the social media presence of our two flagship DIY & Electronics brands — AZ-Delivery and Wirefy — crafting digital communities that inspire makers and hobbyists across the DACH and US markets. If you're passionate about storytelling, community-building, and turning brands into social-first experiences, this one’s for you.

📍 Location: Berlin or Daggendorf, Germany (Hybrid – Remote or Office Days)

Native German speakers are required for this role.

In Detail, you'll be hands on:

• Develop tailored social strategies for AZ-Delivery (DACH) and Wirefy (US), in close collaboration with the Senior Director
• Plan, create, and publish original content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Build and manage an active community: reply to comments, DMs, and foster long-term engagement
• Launch and run a brand ambassador program – from research and outreach to coordination and partnerships
• Partner with Content, Email, and Performance Marketing teams to align campaigns across touchpoints
• Track performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize our presence across channels

Requirements to thrive in your new Role:

• Extensive experience in social media management, ideally in e-commerce or a D2C environment
• Proven expertise in Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and TikTok — you know what works and why
• Experience creating engaging content with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and strong copywriting
• Structured, proactive way of working, with the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills in German (native level required) and English
• Bonus: Genuine interest in DIY, microcontrollers, or the maker scene
