We at Gigafactory Berlin Design and Construction are looking for a Site Manager MEP to join an energetic and vibrant environment. In this role, your main responsibility is to coordinate and ensure with all stakeholders that the construction project is successful from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure multi projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards. Ensure construction activities comply with cleanroom conditions.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate several external stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers, to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Manage the on‑site activities for low, medium, and high voltage scopes, from design coordination until handover. Manage and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Participate in the concept design phase and provide input until the handover phase.
• Lead, coordinate, and conclude the MEP construction activities among several teams.
• Maintain Tesla quality standards.
• Able to communicate with subcontractors and other team members.
• Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel, particularly in accordance with cell production room specifications.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Preference for cleanroom experience in battery or pharmaceutical factories.
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication is a must. German or Polish is a plus.
• Get‑things‑done and make‑it‑work attitude.
• Experience with I&C.
• Experience in low voltage and medium voltage switchgear.
