J&T Express Germany GmbH is seeking a reliable Shift Lead (m/f/d) to oversee daily warehouse activities on the Düsseldorf floor. You will guide a small team, assign tasks, and ensure parcels are sorted and loaded efficiently while maintaining safety standards.

This hands-on role requires practical organization, calm prioritization during busy shifts, and collaboration with colleagues to support smooth operations and onboarding of new staff.

Formación

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics center, parcel sorting facility, or similar environment.
• First experience as a Team Lead, Shift Lead, or working foreman is an advantage, but not essential.
• Willingness to work actively in the warehouse and support the team with daily tasks.
• Good organizational skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts.
