Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a QA Engineer specialized in ServiceNow testing, focusing on functional, regression, and integration testing across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and related modules. You will develop test plans and automate ATF tests to ensure deployment readiness.

Collaborating with developers, analysts, and federal stakeholders, you will validate configurations, execute end-to-end tests, and maintain traceability from requirements to results. A CSA or Public Trust is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of testing experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) strongly preferred.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Experience documenting and managing defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, WSD, and related ServiceNow modules.

Aufgaben

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Validate ServiceNow configurations and functionality across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, WSD, Employee Center Pro, SPM, IRM, and SecOps.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Identify, document, track, retest, and validate defects through resolution while partnering with development teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by developing test scripts, coordinating testing activities, assisting business users, and documenting results.
• Test workflows, Flow Designer flows, approvals, notifications, business rules, Service Catalog functionality, and other platform configurations.
• Validate ServiceNow integrations, APIs, data imports, data transformations, and system interfaces.
• Perform regression testing for enhancements, configurations, and releases.
• Support testing across DEV, TEST/UAT, and production release cycles and provide test results for deployment readiness.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, defect triage, and retrospectives.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, defects, and test results.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, architects, product owners, business stakeholders, federal clients, and technical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with and testing applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem


• Demonstrated experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing


• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) strongly preferred


• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams and testing functionality within sprint-based development cycles


• Working knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Business Rules, integrations, APIs, and platform configurations


• Experience documenting and managing defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, document, and communicate system issues


• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients


• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, WSD, ITAM, ITOM, Employee Center Pro, SPM, IRM, SecOps


• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field


• U.S. Citizenship is required


• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred


• ServiceNow testing/ATF training or certification is a plus
