Jobtailor is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to work with global teams on implementing and enhancing ServiceNow across multiple locations. You will provide hands-on development in S2P and ITSM, design integrations, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, best practices, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. Strong scripting and platform knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development (S2P and ITSM).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions).
• Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform issues.
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for project delivery.
• Participate in design discussions and recommendations for scalable implementations.
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience


• Strong experience in ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules


• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder


• Experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments


• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party and enterprise applications


• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions


• Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS


• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions


• Experience developing and configuring custom ServiceNow applications and workflows


• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices


• Experience performing component integration testing and troubleshooting issues


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills


• Experience in CSM, GRC, or HRSD modules is an added advantage


• ITIL knowledge is preferred


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
