Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior ServiceNow developer to design, implement and maintain scalable solutions across ITSM and CSM, leveraging NOW SDK, Flow Designer and REST APIs. You will work with global teams on end-to-end digital transformation, building custom scoped apps and ensuring high-quality documentation and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of platform experience, strong Java/J2EE skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization, metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).
• Deep understanding of core platform features, Flow Designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system clones, and upgrades.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; advanced English and Spanish.

• Develop custom scoped applications and web-based tools using Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Work with REST APIs to coordinate and solve complex data and transformation issues.
• Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
• Obtain, analyze, and interpret business requirements to propose sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Answer complex configuration questions for senior stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system design and operations documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams on end-to-end digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization, metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code)
• Deep understanding of core platform features, Flow Designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs
• Strong knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework), reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system clones, and upgrades
• Exceptional problem-analysis skills, including the use of mathematical concepts to validate results
• Strong analytical ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with high attention to detail
• Clear and concise communication with superior written and verbal skills to articulate technical aspects to senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision in a global team environment
