Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to define and design customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into technical specs and owning project outcomes. You will coordinate with stakeholders, assist with demos and workshops, maintain documentation and knowledge articles, and support SDLC ceremonies.

• Business process experience on multiple ServiceNow suites and process areas outside of ITSM.
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites including ITSM.
• Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
• Certified System Administrator preferred.
• Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong project and situational awareness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self-starter.
• Able to travel of at least 25%
