ServiceNow Account Executive
Position Summary: STS is seeking a highly organized professional ServiceNow Account Executive who is detail-oriented with excellent communication and multitasking skills. The AE will have to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Act as the strategic sales manager for ServiceNow accounts, mapping business needs to platform and service opportunities. Manage relationship longevity, uncover sales potential, and partner closely with delivery teams to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and deepen executive-level relationships within assigned client accounts, serving as the trusted advisor for ServiceNow initiatives across clients, prime contractors, and industry partners
- Proactively identify and pursue expansions of ServiceNow implementations; engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives
- Develop strategies and collaborate with internal business development, capture, delivery, and partner teams to create tailored proposals for implementation services
- Execute value-based selling, aligning ServiceNow capabilities to each client’s objectives
- Develop and own annual account plans, with revenue targets, service roadmap, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Provide account health metrics and growth insights as needed
- Maintain accurate forecasting; ensure milestone tracking and deal progression transparency
- Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, BD, and delivery, facilitating contract kickoff, initial implementation, and adoption success
- Align with consulting, technical, and delivery teams for scoping, ROI justification, and deployment strategy
- Advocate for customer success; monitor health indicators like adoption rates, NPS/CSAT, and value realization
- Serve as escalation point for account issues, partnering with leadership to resolve challenges proactively
- Participate in the entire lifecycle of business development, capture, and proposal activities
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build and expand the company’s network
- Support the proposal development process and coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, financial, and legal to help develop compliant and compelling proposals.
- As needed, identify and pursue opportunities for contract task orders, modifications, extensions, and renewals
- Using company systems, maintain tracking of interactions with customers and managing leads
- As required, maintain the company’s ServiceNow partner portal to track company qualifications and requirements to meet the highest level of partner status

Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise IT/software sales or professional services—ideally in a consulting environment focused on ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Experience working within consulting or delivery teams, and managing partner/vendor relationships
- Willingness to travel 30% or more for conferences, client meetings, business reviews, and other events as required
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in ServiceNow, project/practice management, or consultative sales methodologies
- Understanding of federal government budget, investments, and acquisition processes
- The ability to operate at the senior level and influence, negotiate, and close
- Understanding of DoD modernization initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
