Service Technician (m / f / d) for the Netherlands

Your responsibilities :

• Professional technical support of our dealer network
• Organize and perform individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and other sales promotion activities to systematically establish the LEMKEN brand in the area and reinforce to build up the business of our new entity
• Organize and perform trainings to our dealers and farmers
• Support the spare parts distribution as well as train our dealers’ technicians as to spare parts management
• Assume responsibility for service calls (2nd level support) as well as assisting our dealers in the administration processes for warranty and retrofit activities.
• Recognize market and innovation trends and work closely with marketing, product management and R&D located at the headquarters in Germany

Your skills and qualifications :

• Technical education, ideally mechatronics or similar in the sector of ag machines
• Good technical understanding, knowledge in hydraulics and electronics
• Several years of experience in a service-oriented or mechanic position within the agricultural industry
• Interest and strong knowledge in the farming environment
• High level of communication and intercultural skills, commitment and ability to work in a young team
• Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs within the Netherlands and occasionally within Europe
• Good language skills, meaning to be fluent in Dutch as well as in German or English language
