Job summary

Haulotte Hubarbeitsbühnen GmbH, based in Eschbach, is seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop the German service organization. You will oversee field service, scheduling, training, and spare parts management while driving process improvements and contract compliance across the department.

The role includes expanding the local field service team in Germany and restructuring the external service partner network, with close collaboration to other functions within the Haulotte Group.

Responsibilities

• Operational management, strategic development and control of the service with sub-areas field service, personnel scheduling, technical hotline, training, spare parts management, delivery center
• Expansion of the field service team with locally based service technicians in Germany
• Restructuring of the external service partner network in Germany
• Technical and line management of approx. 20 employees within the department
• Ensuring smooth, professional, timely, contract-compliant and efficient processes throughout the area of responsibility, working closely with the relevant functions across the company
