Job summary

Haulotte Hubarbeitsbühnen GmbH in Eschbach sucht eine/n Service Manager (m/w/d). Sie verantworten die operative Steuerung des Serviceteams, die Personalplanung, die technische Hotline, Schulungen und Ersatzteilmanagement.

Außerdem bauen Sie das Field Service Team Deutschland auf, reorganisieren Netzwerke mit externen Partnern und berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung. Die Stelle ist unbefristet, bietet flache Hierarchien, einen Firmenwagen und eine wettbewerbsfähige Vergütung.

Qualifications

• Technische Ausbildung (Techniker/Ingenieur) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Nachweis Führungserfahrung im Servicebereich.
• Erfahrung im Vertrags- und Reklamationsmanagement.

Responsibilities

• Operative Steuerung des Service, inklusive Feldservice, Personaleinsatz, Hotline, Schulung, Ersatzteile.
• Ausbau des Field Service-Teams in Deutschland.
• Neuorganisation des externen Servicenetzes in Deutschland.
• Technische und disziplinarische Führung von ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden.
• Sicherstellung professioneller, termin- und vertragstreuer Prozesse.

Haulotte Hubarbeitsbühnen GmbH, based in Eschbach in southern Baden, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the family-owned French Haulotte Group. With around 35 employees at the site. It is responsible, as a sales and service company, for the distribution and support of high-quality products in the access equipment sector in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As part of an internationally successful group of companies with around 1.900 employees operating in more than 20 countries, Haulotte stands for quality, innovation and customer-focused service.

To strengthen our team, we are looking to recruit, at the earliest opportunity, a Service Manager (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities

• Operational management, strategic development and control of the service, consisting of the sub-areas field service, personnel scheduling, technical hotline, training, spare parts management, delivery center
• Expansion of the field service team with locally based service technicians in Germany
• Restructuring of the external service partner network in Germany
• Technical and line management of approx. 20 employees within the department
• Ensuring smooth, professional, timely, contract-compliant and efficient processes throughout the area of responsibility, working closely with the relevant functions across the company

Your Profile

• Completed technical qualification (technician, engineer) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in leading and developing service teams
• Experience in contract and claim management
• Strong organisational and communication skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and a confident and friendly manner.
• Reliable, structured, independent and efficient approach to work
• Confident manner when dealing with our customers; intercultural competence
• You enjoy working in an international environment; you communicate confidently in German and English, and French would be a welcome additional asset
