Job summary

XCMG Europe GmbH is seeking an experienced field service professional to provide technical support for its earthmoving machines across Eastern and Southern Germany. You will assist customers, dealers and service partners with diagnostics, maintenance and commissioning.

The role involves handling complex technical issues, training, and coordinating with European and Chinese teams, while helping to grow the regional dealer and service network.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational training in construction machinery, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience with construction machinery (excavators, wheel loaders) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electrical/electronic systems.
• German and English language skills; valid Class B driving licence; travel readiness.

Your mission

• Work closely with Sales, Spare Parts and Product Management

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in construction machinery, mechatronics or a comparable field
• Professional experience with construction machinery, ideally excavators, wheel loaders or other earthmoving equipment
• Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electrical/electronic systems
• Independent, solution-oriented and customer-focused working style
• High willingness to travel across Eastern and Southern Germany
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Very good German and good English skills
