Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on construction equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, skid steer loaders, rollers, etc.).
• Troubleshot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system failures using Liugong OEM software.
• Provide remote or on-site support to minimize downtime for customers.
• Field Service & Customer Support
• Conduct scheduled service visits, inspections, and emergency repairs at customer sites.
• Advise customers on proper equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and spare parts management.
• Document service reports, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Warranty & Spare Parts Coordination
• Validate warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers for approvals.
• Recommend genuine spare parts and assist in parts ordering/logistics.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer
• Train customers and operators in safe equipment use and basic troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on new product technologies and service manuals.
• Support new product launch plans, product testing, and customer demo.
• Compliance & Safety
• Follow Liugong OEM guidelines and local safety regulations during repairs.

Qualifications

• Can speak English and German
• At least 5 years related working experience in our industry
• Majoring in Engineering/Construction machinery or relative majors
• Customer focus and could react fast
