WLG is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and Salesforce support and enhancements. You will ensure SLAs stay green and act as the trusted face for the customer and the on-site and offshore teams.

Based in Germany, you will travel to the client site in Essen 2–3 days per week and join a permanent, full-time role. The position requires strong service delivery background, SAP knowledge, and ITIL familiarity to drive governance and risk management.

Qualificações

• Fluent German and English required.
• Extensive experience in service delivery.
• High level SAP module knowledge (FI/CO, SD, MM) is a plus.
• ITIL familiarity and project management basics helpful.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities; able to report to executives.

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our client as a permanent employee. You will own the end-to-end delivery of application support and enhancement services for SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and Salesforce, keep the SLAs green, and be the trusted face for the customer and for the onsite and offshore team.

Contract Type: Permanent employment, full-time

Location: based in Germany, travelling to the client site in Essen 2-3 days a week.
