Zusammenfassung

Wlgroup seeks a Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and Salesforce support and improvements. You will maintain SLAs, be the trusted face for the customer, and lead both onsite and offshore teams.

Permanent, full-time role based in Germany with travel to client site in Essen 2–3 days per week. Fluent German and English required with strong service-delivery background.

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our client as a permanent employee. You will own the end-to-end delivery of application support and enhancement services for SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and Salesforce, keep the SLAs green, and be the trusted face for the customer and for the onsite and offshore team.

Contract Type: Permanent employment, full-time

Location: based in Germany, travelling to the client site in Essen 2-3 days a week.
