Responsibilities
- 2nd and 3rd level support in the SAP Application & Support Team for SAP SD or SAP CS
- SPOC (Single-Point-of-Contact) for customer requirements and responsible problem solver
- Implementation of new SAP functionalities, small requests, customizing adjustments, and legal change adaptations
- Project-related extension of the SAP standard (reports, add-ons, user exits, BADIs, etc.)
- Collaboration in S/4HANA projects with customers in our AMS segment
What you should have
- Several years of consulting experience in IT support of sales or service processes (SAP SD or CS), including customizing.
- Knowledge of at least one related module (FI, CO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, PS, QM, PM)
- Basic technical knowledge in sales, logistics, or service processing
- Experience in coordinating smaller SAP projects and enthusiasm for (ITIL) support processes at 3rd level support
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Interest in in-house and remote activities with willingness to travel domestically and abroad for occasional assignments
Big Plus
- Experience in debugging and knowledge in SAP ABAP programming and interface technology (e.g., SAP ALE / IDocs, EDI)
- Cross-module integration knowledge in logistics
Knowledge of Java, AWS, Clean Code, and SOLID principles
