Peak & Peak is seeking an experienced project leader to own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and IT transformation projects. You will coordinate cross-functional, international teams and serve as the central contact for clients, ensuring projects meet objectives, budgets, and timelines.

You will lead workshops, manage stakeholders in English and German, and help shape our Business Consulting Practice with scalable processes and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or a comparable industry.
• Experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager with agile methodologies overseeing IT projects.
• Experience as a Functional Lead or Business Analyst on Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in functional requirements gathering.
• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is a big plus, ideally in technology transformations.
• Experience in or with large international consultancies is a plus.
• Experience working across multi-country project settings, navigating business and IT stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and quality; spot risks before they become problems.
• Lead workshops, steering committees, and status meetings; ensure bilingual communication (English and German).
• Shape and scale the Business Consulting Practice by establishing standard processes, quality benchmarks, and team development structures.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, demos, and pre-sales; identify additional value opportunities.

Project leadership & delivery

• Own the end-to-end delivery of our Salesforce and IT transformation projects – from scoping and planning through implementation to successful closure
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, resource planning, and the right delivery approach
• Keep a close eye on project performance, budgets, timelines, and delivery quality, and spot risks before they become problems
• Apply established project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices

Client & stakeholder management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and our internal delivery teams across all project phases
• Lead workshops, steering committees, and status meetings, ensuring transparent communication in both English and German
• Make sure our solutions truly deliver on our clients' business objectives, operational processes, and long-term scalability

Team & leadership

• Lead cross-functional, international teams and create alignment even in complex environments
• Beyond client delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Business Consulting Practice—bringing your experience to establish standard processes, quality benchmarks, and team development structures.

Business development

• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, demos, and solution planning during pre-sales
• Bring a sharp eye for additional value and actively contribute ideas for optimization and innovation

Requirements

Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or a comparable industry
• Experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager with agile methodologies overseeing IT projects
• Experience as a Functional Lead or Business Analyst on Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects
• At least 5 years of experience in functional requirements gathering
• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is a big plus, ideally in the context of technology transformations
• Experience in or with large international consultancies (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Capgemini, or similar) is a plus
• Experience working across multi-country project settings, navigating both business and IT stakeholder landscapes

Functional & methodological skills

• Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations)
• Strong knowledge of common project management methodologies and tools
• A real knack for stakeholder management and requirements engineering
• Salesforce experience is a plus

Personality & way of working

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Can-do attitude and genuine enjoyment of solving complex problems
• You like working independently and can juggle multiple projects at once without losing the overview
