This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to define strategic direction, lead international transformation programs, and deliver innovative, customer-centric SAP solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & P&L Ownership: Full responsibility for the SAP Sales & Customer Experience function, including strategic planning, operational performance, and budget management for multi-million-euro initiatives.
• Team Development: Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team of SAP specialists, project managers, and solution architects across multiple locations; ensure clear career development paths and succession planning.
• Strategic Portfolio Management: Define and execute the roadmap for solution and portfolio innovation in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Executive Representation: Serve as the organisation’s senior spokesperson for SAP CX topics internally and externally, engaging with C-level stakeholders, strategic partners, and customers.
• Project Excellence: Ensure successful delivery of complex, large-scale transformation programs, maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Change Leadership: Drive business transformation by introducing new processes, technologies, and methodologies to maximise return on investment.
