Zusammenfassung

Peak & Peak seeks an experienced delivery professional to own end-to-end Salesforce and IT transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional and international teams. You will be the central client contact, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with real business impact.

You will lead workshops in English and German, help shape standard processes, and contribute to scaling our Business Consulting Practice in a flexible, globally oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or a comparable industry.
• Experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager with agile methodologies overseeing IT projects.
• Experience as a Functional Lead or Business Analyst on Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in functional requirements gathering.
• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is a big plus, ideally in technology transformations.
• Experience in or with large international consultancies (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Capgemini, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience working across multi-country project settings, navigating both business and IT stakeholder landscapes.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and IT transformation projects – from scoping and planning through implementation to successful closure
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, resource planning, and the right delivery approach
• Keep a close eye on project performance, budgets, timelines, and delivery quality, and spot risks before they become problems
• Apply established project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams across all project phases
• Lead workshops, steering committees, and status meetings, ensuring transparent communication in both English and German
• Make sure our solutions truly deliver on our clients' business objectives, operational processes, and long-term scalability
• Lead cross-functional, international teams and create alignment even in complex environments
• Beyond client delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Business Consulting Practice—bringing your experience to establish standard processes, quality benchmarks, and team development structures.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, demos, and solution planning during pre-sales
• Bring a sharp eye for additional value and actively contribute ideas for optimization and innovation

Your tasks

Requirements

Experience

• Strong knowledge of common project management methodologies and tools

• Salesforce experience is a plus

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Can-do attitude and genuine enjoyment of solving complex problems
• You like working independently and can juggle multiple projects at once without losing the overview
• Experience working in remote and international teams
• Willingness to travel
