The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to take ownership of and lead Veo’s API team.

This team is responsible for building and evolving the technical foundation that allows external partners to integrate seamlessly with Veo at scale.

You’ll report to the VP of Product and work day-to-day with a small, focused team in Berlin, made up of two engineers and an Engineering Manager. Together, you’ll define the roadmap, shape requirements, and ensure we build coherent, well-designed APIs that can support a growing and increasingly diverse set of partner use cases over time.

Operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnerships, you’ll translate strategic goals and partner needs into clear programs and execution plans. You’ll bring structure and momentum to complex, cross-functional initiatives, while ensuring delivery stays aligned with Veo’s broader platform strategy.

What You Will Do
  • Shape the product direction for Veo’s API capabilities in close partnership with engineering.
  • Translate company and product priorities into clear, actionable work for a small, focused team.
  • Work day-to-day with the Engineering Manager and engineers to define scope, clarify requirements, and support technical decisions.
  • Act as a product point of contact for strategic partner integrations, ensuring external needs are met through scalable, reusable solutions rather than bespoke one-offs
  • Help assess feasibility, trade-offs, and sequencing of work, balancing immediate needs with longer-term platform direction.
  • Maintain a clear, evolving roadmap that reflects recurring patterns and priorities rather than one-off solutions.
What You Could Bring
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record working on technical, API-driven, or platform products.
  • Strong technical understanding, comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and backend systems (engineering background is a plus, but not a requirement).
  • A preference for “under the hood” product work rather than UI- or design-led problem spaces.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and support decision-making without owning implementation.
  • Experience translating technical customer or partner needs into clear product direction.
  • A pragmatic, structured approach to working in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders around priorities.
