This role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with industry experience who wants a new challenge or someone from professional services with experience working with a multinational listed business.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**Tax reporting:* Develop brief understanding of Group's business activity, and estimated tax impact of relevant transactions ensuring matters are properly addressed and reported.* Manage the preparation and review of direct and indirect tax return fillings, across a variety of European and north American territories.* Manage periodic tax payments requirements in all territories, in collaboration with external advisors, as necessary.* Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities across various jurisdictions, as applicable.* Lead, mentor, and develop the tax team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.* Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.Tax accounting:* Manage the preparation and review of quarterly tax calculations, covering provision for corporate tax and deferred tax for all Group entities across all European and north American territories the Group is operating in.* Manage the preparation and review of annual tax calculations including preparation of financial statement disclosures, in accordance with relevant accounting standards.* Manage relationships and collaborate with Finance team members and external advisors, as applicable.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS*** ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.* Wealth of experience in tax compliance and tax accounting, with working knowledge of ASC 740 and/or IAS 12.* Excellent leadership and team management skills.* The ability to prioritise when working on multiple projects in a dynamic and demanding environment.* Excellent knowledge and strong experience with Microsoft Excel.* Detail oriented with strong technical and analytical skills, experience working with SAP is advantageous.* motivation* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.# **WHAT WE OFFER****With us, you will work towards the future of HPC**: From new, sustainable building methods for data centers to cooling concepts to software solutions for accelerated compute.**Your approaches count**: In official exchange formats or spontaneously at the coffee machine.
