  • You optimize our career page with a focus on storytelling, analytics, and conversion to inspire the right candidates.
  • You continuously improve the application process in Cornerstone and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • You drive the evolution of our Employer Value Proposition and strengthen our employer brand in the tech environment.
  • You represent us at career fairs and on social media to make our EVP visible and attract tech talents.
