A leading mobility company in Ratingen is seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee the entire recruiting process, from needs analysis to contract negotiations. This role requires developing innovative strategies to attract tech talents and managing external partnerships. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in recruiting, is proficient in tools like Cornerstone, and possesses strong bilingual communication skills. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, embracing diverse applicants and promoting work-life balance.
