The Role

Be part of our success story and join the Affinity Team in our European HQ in Berlin. We are accelerating our expansion in France and are looking for a naturally driven profile to lift the growth of our demand side performance solutions. Your main task is to secure and integrate high-value clients for our two differentiated business units: SitePlug, premier meta-network powering transparent commerce monetization across Omni-search, Affiliate, and Fintech publishers; and VEVE, our niche ad-network that delivers native, non-intrusive ad solutions and accesses exclusive inventory via strategic partnerships with major Mobile OEMs and Browsers. Responsibilities in detail include:

Tasks
  • Driving advertising sales for Affinity Global in France and keeping a pan-European approach.
  • Reporting into the responsible French country manager and working hand in hand on French opportunities
  • Berlin based, but travelling to clients & events in France occasionally.
  • Growing the existing business and sign new clients.
  • Knowing and quickly connecting with all major media buying agencies to be able to liaison with them daily.
  • Leveraging affiliate networks in order to connect to advertisers.
  • Working closely with clients to understand requirements, providing constant feedback, and communicating these with the product development team.
  • Maintaining client relations independently along with daily campaign monitoring and I recommend improvements.
Requirements

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • First relevant experience in the online advertising industry and affiliation.
  • Existing relationships in the media buying space and a proven track record working with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts.
  • You should be a great team player and motivator.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in usage of the entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) to create business models and deal simulations for Brands/Advertisers/Agencies.
  • Excellent written, spoken English (company language) and Native level French.
