An international organisation is seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Lead to support complex global S/4HANA transformation programmes. The position requires serving as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through end-to-end S2P solution delivery that aligns with business objectives, compliance needs, and industry best practices. The successful candidate will lead functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape modern procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA S2P processes across global business units.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, and benchmark against best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions covering Procurement, Supplier Management, Invoicing, and Contract Management.
- Provide strategic guidance on S/4HANA adoption, integration strategy, and S2P roadmap development.
- Manage, support, and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with technical teams to oversee solution design, integration activities, and data migration efforts.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance standards common in highly regulated industries.
- Serve as an escalation point for critical design decisions and issue resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Approximately 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with strong focus on S/4HANA S2P processes.
- Proven track record leading full-cycle global SAP implementations and rollouts.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM and related toolsets (such as Ariba, Fieldglass, VIM, SRM).
- Experience with HP ALM.
- Experience in data migration for S2P objects (contracts, open POs, purchase info records).
- Strong leadership capabilities, including management of cross-functional and offshore teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence executive-level discussions.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals.
- Fluency in English; German language skills beneficial.
