Your tasks

• As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for the no- and low-code solution architecture as well as for managing the implementation of our cplace systems.
• You will accompany various agile project teams at our customers, capture their complex requirements and develop ideas on how these can be optimally implemented in cplace.
• To do this, you develop data models together with our solution consultants.
• You estimate the specification and implementation efforts of solutions and determine the technology cut between no-code, low-code and, if necessary, pro-code.
• You coordinate the technical tasks, prioritize their implementation within the development team and ensure the quality of the results.
• You integrate cplace into the IT landscape of our customers, network it with other enterprise IT systems and thus enable cross-system workflows.
• You are the first point of contact for technical issues between project management and operations, as well as the customer's specialist department and their IT organization.
• Together with colleagues from our sales and marketing organization, you will support strategic pitches and complex projects.

What we expect

• You have a degree in a computer science field and several years of professional experience in IT consulting or software development.
• You have experience with no- and low-code platforms and agile solution design (rapid application engineering).
• You have very good knowledge of at least one programming language and are familiar with relational data models as well as web technologies.
• You have successfully developed and implemented complex software solutions and are proficient in the necessary agile development and management processes.
• You are adept in requirement engineering methods and strong in discussing requirements directly with customers, understanding their challenges and implementing solutions.
• You have strong technical and business knowledge in several domains (e.g. project management, ERP, etc.) and ideally know common enterprise software (e.g. Jira, SAP, ServiceNow) in detail.
• We count on your business fluent German and English skills.
