Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
As a Site Process Engineer, your day begins with analyzing performance data from previous shifts, quickly identifying areas needing attention. You will spend time on the Fulfillment Center floor observing processes firsthand and connecting with associates to understand their daily challenges. You might brainstorm with your team about implementing new robotics solutions or lead workshops to help operations leaders adopt best practices. Your problem-solving skills come into play as you tackle real-time challenges, and your afternoons often involve collaborating with colleagues across Europe to share insights and align on network-wide improvements. Every day offers new challenges and opportunities to innovate within one of the world's most advanced logistics networks.
