We are currently looking for a Senior Onpage SEO Manager - Romanian Market.

These Tasks Await

• Develop, optimize, and execute comprehensive on-page SEO strategies specifically tailored for the Romanian search landscape, including internal-linking strategies.
• Profound analysis and understanding of ranking factors; ability to work independently on relevant findings and report to the Team Lead.
• Take ownership of and work on domain projects of different scale and development stage.
• Regular tracking and monitoring of performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Manage detailed on-page SEO checks and audits for all market-related projects.
• Identify new opportunities and approaches in SEO, as well as design and monitor SEO experiments.
• Find new keywords, and verify keyword‑researches and target keywords when necessary.
• Assess different website structures.
• Troubleshoot and solve specific on-page SEO issues.
• Analyze competitor on-page SEO optimization strategies.
• Stay up to date with Google updates, SEO and market trends, and translate them into daily work.
• Brief and provide clear guidelines to other team members/departments.
• Mentor and provide guidance to trainee and junior members of the team.
• Work in conjunction with the Off-Page SEO Team as well as other teams as required.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in on-page SEO.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Romanian language skills at native level.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing.
• Experience working with SEO tools for analysis and monitoring.
• Confident in technical SEO.
• Thorough understanding of mobile optimization.
• Ability to think logically and analytically.
• Proactive, patient, and flexible in approaching new challenges and tasks.
• Eager to serve as a go-to resource and work side by side with an international team.
